Emma set up the breakfast each day and she was so kind, caring and dedicated. This was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Emma made sure there were options for different dietary needs, gluten free and dairy free...she even had oat milk that I totally appreciated. The crustless spinach quiche was crazy good and the oatmeal with all the trimmings was great too. Thank you to Emma and the hotel for providing the lovely breakfast.

Front desk clerk was very pleasant. Room was very clean and shower was roomy. We loved the 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast was a nice variety and very clean. Location was close to restaurants and the Cuyahoga valley park.

Room was nice and clean, looked like new. The breakfast was good, had a nice selection and was kept efficiently clean. We were greeted very nicely by the front desk clerk.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great. A lot of nice restaurants nearby and we rode our bikes to Brandywine Falls. Morning breakfast was great and the beds and room were very comfortable. No hesitations to recommend if your looking for chain hotel in a good location to the national park.

The check staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out stores and looked up hours for me. She answered my questions and was kind. Room had plenty of space.

Outside entry point stopped working and would not recognize the hotel key to allow re-entry which meant walking around the building in the rain. When reported to the front desk, they said maintenance wouldn't be in until Monday. They did however put an Out of Order sign up.

Front desk staff was great at check-in and check-out. Very clean and well kept overall. I’m a fan of the tv’s that allow you to login to your own streaming accounts.
